Common use of Minimum Stated Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Stated Amount. The Stated Amount of each Letter of Credit upon issuance shall be not less than (x) in the case of a Dollar Denominated Letter of Credit, $250,000, (y) in the case of a Euro Denominated Letter of Credit, €150,000 and (z) in the case of a Sterling Denominated Letter of Credit, £150,000, or in each case such lesser amount as is reasonably acceptable to the respective Issuing Lender.
