Minimum Shipment Sample Clauses
The Minimum Shipment clause sets a required baseline quantity for goods that must be shipped under a contract. Typically, it obligates the seller to deliver, and the buyer to accept, no less than a specified minimum amount per shipment or over a defined period, such as monthly or annually. For example, a supplier may be required to send at least 1,000 units per order, regardless of the buyer’s fluctuating needs. This clause ensures predictability in supply and demand, helping both parties plan production and logistics while preventing disputes over insufficient or excessive shipments.
