Minimum Shelf Life. For Items that have a shelf life, such Items shall have the greater of (i) 80% of manufacturer recommended shelf life or (ii) 2 years of shelf life remaining at the time of shipment from Seller or includes a statement on the shipping documents stating that shelf life begins when Buyer delivers the Item to a customer as an authorized distributor of the Item;
