Minimum Severance Benefit Sample Clauses

Minimum Severance Benefit. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary but subject to Section VI below, the minimum amount of salary which Employee shall receive for Employee's Severance Benefit shall be not less than three (3) months salary.
