Minimum Sales Price. Without the prior written consent of Lender, Borrower shall not sell the particular Time-Share Interest for an amount less than the amount set forth in the minimum price schedule delivered to Lender pursuant to paragraph 4.1(c), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit M.
