Common use of Minimum Report Time Clause in Contracts

Minimum Report Time. Employees who report to work and are put to work will be given a minimum of four (4) hours work or pay. When an employee works more than the minimum four (4) hour requirement, he shall be compensated for the exact number of hours that he does work. Employees required to attend meetings at times other than during their regularly scheduled shifts or immediately before or after such shifts shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours of pay for attendance at such meetings at the applicable rate of pay. If the employee requests to attend meetings at times other than during their regularly scheduled shifts they shall be paid for a minimum of one (1) hour of pay for attendance.
