Minimum Recycling Processing Requirements. The Contractor will utilize Processing subsystems at the MRF capable of: (i) Processing a minimum of ninety-five percent (95.0%) by weight of Program Recyclable Materials into Recovered Materials monthly excluding rejected loads and excessively contaminated loads; and (ii) Complying with product specifications of secondary materials buyers including, but not limited to, product form, size, weight, density, and degree of Contamination.
