Minimum Quantity Per Each Order Sample Clauses
The "Minimum Quantity Per Each Order" clause sets a required baseline number of units that must be purchased with every order placed under the agreement. For example, a supplier may require that each order from a buyer includes at least 100 units of a product, regardless of the buyer's immediate needs. This clause ensures that suppliers can maintain efficient production and distribution processes, and it prevents the administrative burden and cost inefficiency of processing very small orders.
