Common use of Minimum Qualifications/Requirements Clause in Contracts

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements. State of California Licensed Civil Engineers (CE), Licensed Traffic Engineer (TE). All work to be performed must be accomplished under the direct supervision and responsible charge of a Professional Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and/or Electrical Engineer registered by the Department of Consumer Affairs in the State of California unless otherwise allowed for by DIRECTOR. The Professional Engineer shall affix his/her stamp and sign all to the engineering plans, analyses, studies, reports, and any other engineering documents prepared.
