Minimum Qualifications for Driver. In accordance with below qualifications/criteria, the Provider is responsible for selecting candidates for employment. 1. Age between 21 to 40 years old, with minimum experience as a driver more than 5 years. 2. Health: Free from all communicable diseases, drugs and in good general health without physical defects or abnormalities, which would interfere with the performance of driver duty. 3. Physical condition: Able to perform physical tasks associated with the driver duties to which he/she is assigned. 4. Drug dependency and medication: Shall not be dependent on alcohol or other drugs; if using prescribed medication, it shall not hinder the performance of assigned driver duties. 5. Education and literacy: Completion of secondary school. 6. Elementary knowledge of English and ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ an advantage. 7. Have a valid driving license 8. Familiar with street/location in which area where he/she is assigned. 9. A qualified driver will be replaced in the event of no compliance to IOM regulations or not in good condition as evaluated by the IOM Fleet responsible, this replacement shall be done with immediate effect by providing his/her replacement upon prior communication by IOM. The replacement driver shall be available to assume duty within 1hr for city movements and in case by case that of field missions can be negotiated with the vendor.
