Minimum Performance Thresholds Clause Samples
The Minimum Performance Thresholds clause sets specific baseline standards or targets that a party must meet during the performance of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines measurable criteria such as sales targets, service levels, or production outputs that must be achieved within defined timeframes. For example, a supplier may be required to deliver a minimum quantity of goods each month, or a service provider may need to maintain a certain uptime percentage. The core function of this clause is to ensure accountability and consistent performance, providing a clear benchmark for evaluating whether contractual obligations are being fulfilled and offering remedies if these standards are not met.
