(i) During the first year of the Term, Lycos and Tripod, collectively, will deliver a minimum aggregate of [XXX] Page Views. Lycos will deliver [XXX] of such aggregate Page Views and Tripod will deliver [XXX] of such aggregate Page Views. If Lycos fails to deliver such minimum guaranteed Page Views, [XXX].
(ii) During the second year of the Term, Lycos and Tripod, collectively, will deliver a minimum aggregate of [XXX] Page Views. The distribution of such aggregate Page Views between Lycos and Tripod shall be the [XXX].
