Minimum Moving Distance. 52.2.1 Normally, an employee must move a minimum of 40 road kilometers by the shortest normal route closer to the new work location to qualify for relocation assistance. 52.2.2 The provisions set out in Subsection 52.2.1 will apply unless Mid-Term agreements pursuant to Article 7 are in effect.
