Minimum License Fee. In consideration of the licenses granted herein, ABT/Nordic shall pay to ABT the minimum license fee specified on Attachment A ("Minimum Annual License Fee"). The Minimum Annual License Fee will be payable in four (4) equal installments, in advance of each Fiscal Quarter.
