Common use of Minimum Levels Clause in Contracts

Minimum Levels. Each party agrees to keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement the following insurance coverages:‌‌ 11.1.1 Comprehensive general liability insurance (“CGL”) in an amount not less than Two- Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) general aggregate and One-Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage; 11.1.2 Property damage insurance (“Property”) covering no less than the full actual value of the party’s personal and real property;
