Minimum Labor Charge Sample Clauses

Minimum Labor Charge. For services which require less than four (4) hours for the minimum amount of Contractor personnel to adequately perform and/or complete, the Contractor shall be entitled to bill a minimum of four (4) man-hours of labor for the respective trade(s), plus allowable material costs. The hourly rate shall be in compliance with the Comptroller’s Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule for the respective trade(s), plus the actual material costs.
