Minimum Guarantee - Freight Service Clause Samples

The Minimum Guarantee - Freight Service clause establishes a baseline amount of freight services that the customer commits to utilize or pay for during a specified period. This clause ensures the service provider receives a predictable level of business and revenue, protecting them from significant shortfalls in customer demand.
