Minimum Flows. (a) In the event that the DFO’s Expected End of Day Volumetric Quantity is less than the Delivery Facility can reasonably tolerate at uniform rates, then the DFO will notify National Gas as soon as is reasonably practicable and the Parties will co- operate in defining mutually acceptable flow rates. (b) In the event that the DFO’s Expected End of Day Volumetric Quantity is less than the Entry Facility can reasonably tolerate at uniform rates, then National Gas will notify the DFO as soon as is reasonably practicable and the Parties will co-operate in defining mutually acceptable flow rates.
Minimum Flows. (a) In the event that the DFO’s Expected End of Day Volumetric Quantity is less than the Delivery Facility can reasonably tolerate at uniform rates, then the DFO will notify the Network Operator as soon as is reasonably practicable and the Parties will co-operate in defining mutually acceptable flow rates.
Minimum Flows. Prior to January 1, 2014, MADEP may issue an order requiring the Project Owner to increase the flows in the bypassed reach above the minimum flows set forth herein in Condition #11, provided that such increase shall not be effective until January 1, 2014, or if appealed for 18 months after issuance of that order, whichever is later (“Effective Date”). Project Owner may bring an appeal or other administrative or judicial action that challenges such an order, but shall make best efforts to have all such appeals or other actions resolved expeditiously. If all appeals or other actions by any party relating to an order for increased flows are not resolved by the Effective Date, Project Owner shall meet such increased flows from the Effective Date until such appeals or other actions are resolved. After January 1, 2014, MADEP may amend the certificate as it relates to minimum flows to the extent allowed by then-existing law.
Minimum Flows a. From the start of refill of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lake through September 15, the PO shall release a guaranteed minimum flow of 383 cfs. In the event, however, that the water level in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lake reaches 1444’ MSL during the period June 1 through Labor Day, then the PO shall release a guaranteed minimum flow of 310 cfs. b. For the period September 16 through the start of the refill of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lake, the PO shall release a guaranteed minimum flow of 472 cfs.
Minimum Flows. In the event that the CSO’s expected End of Day Volumetric Quantity at uniform rates is less than the Measurement Equipment (as defined in paragraph 2.1 of Part 2 of Appendix 1) can reasonably tolerate, then the CSO will notify National Grid Gas as soon as is reasonably practicable and the Parties will co-operate in defining mutually acceptable flow rates.
Minimum Flows. In the event that the Storage Operator's Expected End of Day Quantity is less than the level[s], for input, as set out in paragraph 3.2 of Annex B-2 or, for offtake, as agreed with Transco, then either Operator will notify the other Operator as soon as is reasonably practicable and the Operators will co-operate in defining mutually acceptable flow rates. Any SFN issued by the Storage Operator relating to such a Gas Day will define the flow profile accordingly.

The PO9S0 shall release a year round guaranteed minimum flow of 50 cfs in the bypass reach, which is the area between the dam and the powerhouse.
