Common use of MINIMUM EXPLORATION PROGRAMME Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM EXPLORATION PROGRAMME. 4.1 Exploration Operations shall begin as soon as practicable and in any case not later than sixty (60) days after the Effective Date. 4.2 GNPC shall, at the request of Contractor, make available to it such records and information relating to the Contract Area as are relevant to the performance of Exploration Operations by Contractor and are in GNPC’s possession, provided that Contractor shall reimburse GNPC for the costs reasonably incurred in procuring or otherwise making such records and information available to Contractor. 4.3 Subject to the provisions of this Article, in discharge of its obligations to carry out Exploration Operations in the Contract Area, Contractor shall during the several phases into which the Exploration Period is divided carry out the work specified hereinafter:
