Minimum Energy. Buyer may not schedule Energy at less than 8 MW from the Entitlement at any time during the month.
Minimum Energy. The Scheduled Energy for any hour shall not be less than, and IP shall be obligated to schedule and purchase not less than, the anticipated Net Energy Load.
