Common use of Minimum Denomination Clause in Contracts

Minimum Denomination. Each Equipment Note shall be issued in minimum denominations of $100,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof; provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, one Equipment Note may be issued with such excess in integral multiples of $10.
