Minimum Delivery. WCWCD will make available to the City a quantity of the District Water Supplies equal to the quantity of Reuse Water generated from the City Water Rights, less depletions, as calculated in accordance with Section 12(a)(ii) (“Minimum Delivery”). WCWCD may deliver District Water Supplies, other than Reuse Water generated from the City Water Rights, to satisfy the Minimum Delivery under this Section 12(a)(i).
