Common use of Minimum Completion Factor Clause in Contracts

Minimum Completion Factor. Pinnacle shall achieve not less than a *** completion factor for all Scheduled Flights which are scheduled to be operated by Pinnacle or Mesaba during each Performance Period. Scheduled Flights which are cancelled at Delta’s request (as determined by Delta’s Operations Control Center (“OCC”)) will not be included in calculating Pinnacle’s completion factor (i.e., Cancellation Codes 19G and 19H set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto), and station overflys due to no passenger load will not be considered a cancellation (i.e., Cancellation Code 19K set forth on Exhibit D).
