Common use of Minimum Completion Factor Clause in Contracts

Minimum Completion Factor. Pinnacle shall achieve not less than a [***] completion factor for all Scheduled Flights which are scheduled to be operated by Pinnacle during each Performance Period. Scheduled Flights which are cancelled at Northwest’s request (as determined by Northwest’s System Operations Control (“SOC”) operations reporting group) will not be included in calculating Pinnacle’s completion factor, and station overflys due to no passenger load will not be considered a cancellation.
