Minimum Call Back Hours a. Any Unit member who is called back to work after being clocked out for at least one hour shall be compensated for a minimum of two hours.
Minimum Call Back Hours. If an employee leaves work at the end of a scheduled eight (8) hour shift and is contacted to return to work within the same 24-hour work period, the employee will receive at least three (3) hours of work at their normal hourly rate, unless such time is connected to the beginning or end of his normal work shift. Once the purpose of the callback has been satisfied, the employee shall be free to go. Employees who report as a result of the callback notification and are sent home from an assigned shift prior to the minimum three (3) hours of work, shall still receive their call back pay minimum of three (3) hours pay. Employees who return to work for non-mandated training, disciplinary hearings or those who show up without being notified to do so are not entitled to the minimum call-back hours.
