The Minimum Borrowing Capacity clause sets a required threshold for the amount of credit or financing a borrower must be able to obtain under an agreement. Typically, this clause ensures that the borrower maintains access to a specified minimum level of borrowing, which may be verified through financial statements or lender commitments.
