Common use of Minimum Borrowing Amounts Clause in Contracts

Minimum Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing of Domestic Rate Loans advanced under a Facility (other than Swingline Loans, which are subject to Section 1.2 hereof) shall be in an amount not less than $1,000,000 and in integral multiples of $100,000. Each Borrowing of Eurocurrency Loans advanced under a Facility shall be in an amount not less than an Original Dollar Amount of $3,000,000 and in integral multiples of 100,000 units of the relevant currency as would have the Original Dollar Amount most closely approximating $100,000 or an integral multiple thereof.

Each Borrowing of Eurocurrency Loans in an Alternative Currency shall be in an amount not less than an Original Dollar Amount of $3,000,000 10,000,000 and in such integral multiples multiple of 100,000 units of the relevant currency as would have the Original Dollar Amount most closely approximating $100,000 1,000,000 or an integral multiple thereof.
