Minimum Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing of Domestic Rate Loans shall be in an amount not less than $1,000,000 and in integral multiples of $100,000. Each Borrowing of Eurocurrency Loans shall be in an amount not less than an Original Dollar Amount of $3,000,000 and in integral multiple of 100,000 units of the relevant currency as would have the Original Dollar Amount most closely approximating $100,000 or an integral multiple thereof.
