Common use of Minimum Borrowing Amounts Clause in Contracts

Minimum Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans shall be in an amount not less than $1,000,000 and in integral multiples of $500,000. Each Borrowing of LIBOR Loans shall be in an amount not less than $2,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000,000.
