Common use of Minimum Borrowing Amounts Clause in Contracts

Minimum Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and Eurodollar Loans shall be in an amount not less than (i) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans, $1,000,000 and integral multiples of $500,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, $2,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

Minimum Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and Eurodollar Loans shall be in an amount not less than (i) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans, $1,000,000 and integral multiples of $500,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, $2,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

Each Borrowing of Base Domestic Rate Loans shall be in an amount not less than $2,000,000, or such greater amount which is an integral multiple of $100,000, and each Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans shall be in an amount not less than (i) if $5,000,000, or such Borrowing greater amount which is comprised of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans, $1,000,000 and an integral multiples multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, $2,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof100,000.

Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and Eurodollar Loans shall be in an amount not less than (i) if $2,000,000, or such Borrowing greater amount which is comprised an integral multiple of a $100,000, and each Borrowing of Base Rate LoansEurodollarSOFR Loans shall be in an amount not less than $5,000,000, $1,000,000 and or such greater amount which is an integral multiples multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, $2,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof100,000.

Minimum Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and Eurodollar Loans shall be in an amount not less than (i) if $250,000, or such Borrowing greater amount which is comprised of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans, $1,000,000 and an integral multiples multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) if such Borrowing is comprised of a 50,000. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar LoansLoans advanced, continued or converted shall be in an amount equal to $2,000,000 and 500,000 or such greater amount which is an integral multiples multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof100,000. Without the Administrative Agent’s consent, there shall not be more than six (6) Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans outstanding at any one time.

Minimum Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and Eurodollar Loans advanced under a Credit shall be in an amount not less than (i) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans, $1,000,000 and or such greater amount which is an integral multiples multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) if such Borrowing is comprised of a 500,000. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar LoansLoans advanced, continued, or converted under a Credit shall be in an amount equal to $2,000,000 and or such greater amount which is an integral multiples multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof500,000. Without the Administration Agent’s consent, there shall not be more than 12 Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans outstanding under the Credits at any one time.
