Common use of Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans Clause in Contracts

Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans advanced under the applicable Facility shall be in an amount not less than $1.0 million or such greater amount that is an integral multiple of $1.0 million. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans advanced, continued or converted under the applicable Facility shall be in an amount equal to $1.0 million or such greater amount that is an integral multiple of $1.0 million. Without the Administrative Agent’s consent, there shall not be more than fifteen (15) Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans outstanding at any one time.

Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans. Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans advanced under the applicable Facility shall be in an amount not less than $1.0 million or such greater amount that is an integral multiple of $1.0 million50,000. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans advanced, continued or converted under the applicable Facility shall be in an amount equal to $1.0 million 150,000 or such greater amount that which is an integral multiple of $1.0 million150,000. Without the Administrative AgentBank’s consent, there shall not be more than fifteen five (155) Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans outstanding hereunder at any one time.
