Minimum balances. If a transfer would reduce the value of the portion of a Participant-Owner's IRA Account allocated to a General Account or Separate Account Sub-Account to less than $1,000, the Company reserves the right to include the remaining value allocated to the Sub-Account in the total to be transferred.
