Minimum Average Daily Trading Volume. The Average Daily Trading Volume for the Class A Common Stock with respect to the applicable Put Date and Closing Date equals or exceeds 100,000 shares per Trading Day.
Minimum Average Daily Trading Volume. The Average Daily Trading Volume for the Common Stock with respect to the applicable Put Date and Closing Date equals or exceeds 1000 shares per Trading Day.

  • Minimum Current Ratio The Borrower will not, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter (commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending June 30, 2018), permit the Current Ratio to be less than 1.00 to 1.00.
