Minimum and Maximum Performance Levels Sample Clauses
The Minimum and Maximum Performance Levels clause sets specific thresholds for the acceptable range of performance by a party under a contract. It typically outlines the lowest and highest levels of service, output, or quality that must be met, such as requiring a supplier to deliver no fewer than 1,000 units but no more than 5,000 units per month. This clause ensures that both parties have clear expectations regarding performance, preventing underperformance or overextension, and thereby helps manage risk and maintain consistent service levels.
