Minimum and Maximum Mortgage Amount. The minimum original Loan Amount of each Mortgage shall be $10,000,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the minimum original Loan Amount of the proposed Mortgage to be secured by that certain property known as Cambridge at Buckhead and assets related thereto may be less than $10,000,000, but in no event less than $9,000,000. Without the prior written consent of F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, the aggregate of the Loan Amounts of all Mortgages purchased pursuant to this Agreement will not exceed the Aggregate Commitment Available.
