Common use of Minimum Amounts Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility or Incremental Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) under such Facility or Incremental Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility or Refinancing Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) under such Facility or Refinancing Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any FacilityTranche) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignment) that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Tranche or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s 's Commitment under any Facility or Incremental Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) under such Facility or Incremental Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the an assigning Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in the immediately following clause (b)(i)(BB) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate aggregate, in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of an assigning Term Loan Lender’s Term Loans at the time owing to it, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in A)in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to each such assignmentsAssignment) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 below in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or and the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facilitycredit facility provided hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or and the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facilitycredit facility provided hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any FacilityClass of Commitments or Loans) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans Advances at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 9.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment under any Facility and/or and the Revolving Credit Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect or the assigning Lender’s unfunded Term Loan Commitment or the Term Loans at the time owing to any Facility) it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility Revolving A Credit Commitment, Revolving B Credit Commitment, the Revolving A Credit Loans and/or the Committed Revolving B Credit Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Credit Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the an assigning Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or it, contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in the immediately following clause (b)(i)(BB) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate aggregate, an assignment of the entire remaining amount of an assigning Term Loan Lender’s Term Loans at the time owing to it, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (1) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of an assigning Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment and/or the Revolving Loans at the time owing to it, (2) contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds that equal at least the amount specified in the immediately following clause (B) in the aggregate, (3) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the an assigning Term Loan Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans Term Loan at the time owing to it it, or (in each case with respect to any Facility4) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments , in each case, to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facilitycredit facility hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(Ba)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 11.10 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or and the Loans (in each case under an Applicable Facility) at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or under each Applicable Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s 's Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment under any the Revolving Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility or Refinancing Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) under such Facility or Refinancing Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the 176 aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s applicable Commitment under any Facility and/or the applicable Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Credit Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or Lender, an Approved Fund or a Sylebra Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) A. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderLxxxxx’s Revolving Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Revolving Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 10.4 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderLxxxxx’s Revolving Credit Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facilitycredit facility hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(Ba)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 11.10 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any either Credit Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(Bc)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any the Revolving Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any the Revolving Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans Advances at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 9.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand 100

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any the Revolving Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any the Revolving Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous CHAR1\1892801v4 assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignment and Assumptions) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(BSection 10.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Term Commitment under any Term Facility and/or the Term Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Term Facility) or CHL:82267.17 112 contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (w) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the an assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it it, (in each case with respect to any Facilityx) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in the immediately following clause (b)(i)(BB) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate aggregate, (y) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of an assigning Lender’s Commitment or in Loans at the case of time owing to it, or (z) an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderLxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any FacilityClass of Commitments and/or Loans) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(BSection 10.6(b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s 's Revolving Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Revolving Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 10.4 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignment and Assumption) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Lendex’x Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans Advances at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 9.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Revolving Commitment under any the Revolving Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignment and Assumptions) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or and the Loans (in each case under an Applicable Facility) at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or under each Applicable Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any anythe Revolving Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s 's Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any the Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any the Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderLexxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or and the Loans (in each case under an Applicable Facility) at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate aggregate, or under any Applicable Facility, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Aa) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 11.3 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in A)in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand 121

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any the Revolving Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any the Revolving Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 11.10 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments assignments, in each case, to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an tin assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderLxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility or Refinancing Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) under such Facility or Refinancing Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderLxxxxx’s Commitment under any Facility or Incremental Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) under such Facility or Incremental Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in clause subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and
