Common use of Minimum Amounts of Tranches Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts of Tranches. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Revolving Credit Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans comprising each LIBOR Tranche shall be equal to (i) in the case of Revolving Credit Loans denominated in Dollars, $10,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (except as necessary to apply fully the required amount of a mandatory prepayment) and (i) in the case of Revolving Credit Loans denominated in Euros, €10,000,000 or a whole multiple of €1,000,000 in excess thereof (except as necessary to apply fully the required amount of a mandatory prepayment). In no event shall there be more than ten LIBOR Tranches outstanding at any time.
