Common use of Minimum Amounts of Tranches Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts of Tranches. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Tranche shall be equal to $1,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, (ii) the aggregate principal amount of the Multicurrency Loans comprising each Tranche shall be in an amount of which the U.S. Dollar Equivalent is at least $1,000,000 and (iii) there shall not be more than (ten) 10 Tranches at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Eurocurrency Loans outstanding in Dollars comprising each Tranche shall be equal to $1,000,000 5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, (ii) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of the Multicurrency Eurocurrency Loans outstanding in any Designated Foreign Currency comprising each Tranche Set shall be in an amount equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of which the U.S. Dollar Equivalent is at least $1,000,000 in excess thereof and (iii) so that there shall not be more than (ten) 10 15 Tranches at any one time outstanding.
