Common use of Minimum Amounts; Maximum Sets Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts; Maximum Sets. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of Eurodollar Loans outstanding in Euro comprising each Set shall be equal to €5,000,000 or a whole multiple of €1,000,000 in excess thereof, the aggregate principal amount of Eurodollar Loans outstanding in Dollars comprising each Set shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and the Euro Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of Eurodollar Loans outstanding in any other Designated Currency comprising each Set shall be equal to €5,000,000 or a whole multiple of €1,000,000 in excess thereof (provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, any loan may be continued or converted in its entirety), and so that there shall not be more than 20 Sets at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans outstanding in Euro Dollars Term SOFR Rate Loans comprising each Set shall be equal to €$5,000,000 or a whole multiple of €$1,000,000 in excess thereof, the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Loans that are BA Equivalent Loans or Eurodollar Loans outstanding in Dollars any Designated Foreign Currency comprising each Set shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and (provided that, notwithstanding the Euro Equivalent foregoing (x) any Loan may be borrowed in an amount equal to the aggregate amount of the aggregate principal amount Commitments in respect of Eurodollar Loans outstanding in such Loan and (y) any other Designated Currency comprising each Set shall be equal to €5,000,000 or a whole multiple of €1,000,000 in excess thereof (provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, any loan Loan may be converted or continued or converted in its entirety), and so that there shall not be more than 20 Sets at any one time outstanding.
