Common use of Minimum Amounts; Maximum Sets Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts; Maximum Sets. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Set shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing (x) any Loan may be borrowed in an amount equal to the aggregate amount of the Commitments in respect of such Loan and (y) any Loan may be converted or continued in its entirety), and so that there shall not be more than 20 Sets at any one time outstanding.
