Minimum Amounts; Limitation on Fixed Rate Borrowings Sample Clauses

The "Minimum Amounts; Limitation on Fixed Rate Borrowings" clause sets specific thresholds for the smallest amounts that can be borrowed or maintained under a fixed interest rate. Typically, this means that borrowers must request or maintain fixed rate loans in increments above a certain minimum, and may be restricted from having too many separate fixed rate borrowings at once. This clause helps lenders manage administrative complexity and interest rate risk by limiting the number and size of fixed rate loan tranches, ensuring efficient loan servicing and risk allocation.
