MINIMUM ACCUMULATED VALUE REQUIRED. We will terminate this contract on any Contract Anniversary if: 1) The Accumulated Value is less than $1,000 and no premium payment has been received in the Home Office for at least 24 months; or 2) The Accumulated Value (before any Administrative Charge is applied) is less than the Administrative Charge. Upon termination under paragraph (1) of this provision we will pay you the Accumulated Value.
