Minimization. DRPT will minimize temporary construction effects to historic properties from noise and vibration and visual effects using a variety of construction management techniques. Visual effects will be minimized to the extent practicable by providing appropriate screening between construction staging areas and cultural resources, limiting the size of construction staging areas, and/or locating them away from sensitive views and viewsheds.
