Mine Developer and Operator (MDO).  The estimated expenditure proposed to be incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in developing ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mine through MDO is 1587.16 Cr.  Tender documents for selection of Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) for development and operation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Coal Mine has been prepared and NIT for the appointment of Mine Development Operator (MDO) is to be published after finalization of revised mining plan.  Survey works for alignment of Conveyor Belt System for evacuation of coal has been completed by CMPDIL.  Work of demarcation of land of 25 M width along the surveyed alignment on revenue plan is under progress.  NOC (No Objection Certificate) from Govt. of India, Ministry of Coal is to be obtained for above alignment.  Land acquisition works will be taken up after obtaining NOC from MoC.  CMPDIL has been requested on dated 25.04.19 to provide cost estimate and other details for carrying out the works of superimposition of cadastral map alongwith the alignment of coal evacuation corridor/ railway siding for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Coal Mine Project along with demarcation/marking of alignment on the ground for which CMPDIL submitted their proposal on 29th May 2019.  CMPDIL has submitted revised layout of coal evacuation corridor and railway siding which involves 34.5 Ha land. The breakup of which has been worked out as forest land (0.72 Ha), govt. land (21.14 Ha) and private land (12.64 Ha) approximately.  IIT Roorkee has been approached for conducting the detailed survey for Railway Siding as per layout submitted by CMPDIL.
