Min utes. A copy of the mi nutes of each Management Committee meeting must be given to each Joint Venturer as soon as practicable, but no later than 14 days, after each meeting. The minutes of a meeting must be submitted for approval at the next meeting held after that 14 day period and. if approved. must be signed by the chair of the later meeting and when signed are evidence of the proceedings and the decisions of the meeting to which they relate. The Manager may act on any matter approved by the Management Committee notwithstanding that the minutes have not been approved.
