Mill Site Clause Samples

The "Mill Site" clause defines the specific location or area where milling operations, such as processing minerals or timber, are authorized to take place under an agreement. This clause typically outlines the boundaries of the site, any relevant access rights, and may specify permitted uses or restrictions within that area. By clearly identifying the mill site, the clause ensures both parties understand where activities are allowed, thereby preventing disputes over land use and helping to allocate operational responsibilities.
