Milestone Deadlines. (a) Developer shall satisfy all conditions to issuance of NTP2 by the NTP2 Conditions Deadline. (b) Developer shall achieve Service Commencement for all Project Segments by the Service Commencement Deadline. (c) Developer shall achieve Final Acceptance for each Project Segment by the Final Acceptance Deadline for such Project Segment.
