Migration Service. Lyoness will transmit data of Regular Customers of the Loyalty Merchant, in which the Regular Customer consented to the transmission of his/her data to the Partner Company by Lyoness and which are stored at Lyoness, to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. In the event a Regular Customer revokes his/her consent vis-à-vis the Loyalty Merchant, the Loyalty Merchant shall notify Lyoness of such without delay at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The Loyalty Merchant itself is responsible for carrying out the migration of all its existing data.
