Microsites Sample Clauses

The "Microsites" clause defines the rules and responsibilities related to the creation, management, and use of dedicated web pages or small websites that are separate from the main website, often for specific campaigns or projects. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for designing, hosting, and maintaining these microsites, as well as any branding, content, or data collection requirements. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and alignment between parties regarding the ownership, operation, and expectations for microsites, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring consistent brand representation.
