Microchip Affiliates. Microchip may, at any time, delegate one or more of its obligations under this Agreement or may assign one or more of its rights under this Agreement to any Microchip Affiliate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Microchip Affiliates may facilitate Purchases and deliver the Software to Clients in countries other than the United States.
