Common use of MHSA Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall comply with all State Department of Mental Health (‘DMH”) reporting requirements for Mental Health Services Act Full Service Partnerships including collections using State instruments, maintenance according to State guidelines, and reporting using State processes. Data collected will include but are not to be limited to: a. Client satisfaction b. Residential status c. Medical/psychiatric hospitalization d. Incarceration
