MetService access to Data a The Recipient acknowledges that MetService will access and use the Data: i to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under the Agreement; and ii in accordance with the Purpose; and iii to access, retain and use the Data beyond the Agreement’s term in accordance with the Purpose. b To the extent that this is necessary but subject to clause 6, MetService may authorise its personnel and subcontractors to access the Data for the purposes set out in clause 4.1a.
